Mmm. Toast. Definitely Toast.
An update from Clapham's this morning - they are curious and looking into the viability of hemp oil as an alternative to the food grade mineral oil they currently use.

Wow. That's a lot of investigation. Thanks for looking into this. As I read the start of this post I thought "She needs beeswax." And then you got to the beeswax.

My only question is if you got something that could go on furniture and toast, which would you pick, if you were down to the dregs of the last bottle of beeswax and had a chair that needed polishing and toast that needed a little something extra?

Ah, filing. Truly an important skill. In the course of being a journalist I learned to create a folder on my computer for every issue of the paper I was working on.

I've carried that onto my online work, now creating a new folder everyday to keep track of press releases, stories, photos and the like.

A good system is one of the best time savers out there. At times I go to train people on certain online tasks and rarely do they have a good place for their files and my training spreads into file management.

By the way, nice to have you back and blogging!

I can so relate to your post -- I think I'm hypoglycemic 24/7, and was born this way. Ikea? Heck, the mall makes me dizzy.

I can't believe that you didn't get the $1 hotdogs! They are not even meat. Otherwise great post Robin, I felt transported right back into that crazy Swedish maze.

Robin: I have had much the same experience, only I leave the IKEA tour of duty until after our Vancouver whirlwind trips and visits. Exhausted and vulnerable we show up on the giant IKEA doorstep with the intention of just doing a quick in and out. At that point we're still 1.5 hrs away from Hope which is still a days drive from home. Top time in and out: 3hrs and what we save on furnishings we spend on couples therapy afterwords.
